Since you’re a human not a whale, it must come in the form of water, healthy food, walks outside, talks with friends, and soft, clean bedding.

This week is your bday week! 49 years young! Let’s focus on feeling lucky.

We have love, health, wealth, space, and loved ones now. We are experiencing the universe’s infinite abundance.

There’s a reason. We don’t know why yet, but that’s okay. Just breathe in the now. It’s good and it’s happening.
